In fact I would give them a negative -5 on this. I always made the calls to them for updates. Minor repair in the end took 4 months to finish. Two times I had to rent a vehicle. As other reviews have mentioned. I question the fact replacement parts were even made. I would recommend going somewhere else!

When we picked it up, clear coat was peeling off in chunks, the paint was uneven, dull and orange peeled. He said he would fix it. This was originally done in May 2024, he keeps having excuses and saying he's too busy to fix it. When questioned on fixing the truck or giving a refund he said no to a refund as it's been four months yet he is the one who made us wait. When this was brought up he then blocked all ways to contact him. We DO NOT RECOMMEND using his services. *can't add photos here but I'd you look at the google review you can see the photos.

I was very impressed to say the least. The staff were knowledegable and handled my repair with the upmost professionlism. They took care of all the paperwork and had a rental for me as well. The quality of workmanship was fantastic and it was completed on time. They even cleaned my car and shined it up. It was like getting into a new car again. Keep up the great work! In November of 2018 I took my truck to Colorworks in Huntsville for some minor surface rust…read morerepairs. Rob, the owner, was very helpful and suggested that he add some plastic fender flairs and a 10" high stripe of a contrasting dark grey with chip guard along the bottom. I was very happy with the results! The following March the rubber gaskets for the fender flairs had come off. I took it back to show them and they booked me in for May. I took it back to Colorworks in May and they reinstalled the gaskets at no charge. By September the gaskets had come loose again and I took it back to Colorworks. Rob told me that it's was no problem as they had a new supplier and that he would be happy to fix them at no charge. While I was there Rob noticed a couple of spots where the rust had reappeared and he said that shouldn't have happened in that short a period of time and booked me in for October 30th to have everything fixed at no charge. I was so impressed!! When I arrived I was informed that Rob had retired. The new owner(?), Dave, informed me that regardless of what Rob had arranged they were not prepared to do anything without a charge. He ended up offering me a discounted rate of $1200 to touch up the rust spots and said that they couldn't do anything about the flair gaskets unless I was prepared to pay for a new set of flairs SO DISSAPOINTING!!!
