My German not being great, It was a relief that they spoke exemplary english, and through a series of questions, I could tell they know their iPhone quite well.
They took about an hour and their prices are about market rate....€79 for a screen and about €49 for a battery.
They're both professional and pleasant and you just get what you pay for.
