They wrapped a very small square piece of plexiglass, which looked like trash and wrapped it like it was priceless fine crystal. Any normal person would see it was trash. Sadly I couldn't physically pack anymore of the house. I knew that would be a different additional charge. I feel they took advantage of a woman in mourning, who didn't know any better and was easily taken advantage due to my state of mind. I did mention that I had no clue how to move. The communication wasn't there during a very trying time. I felt unseen,unheard and taken advantage of in the end. I think what I like best was knowing that all the electronics (old printers and phones and UPS batteries) were going to be properly recycled rather than wind up in a land fill. Either way they kept me informed about their timing for our two appointments which was much appreciated. They were on time, organized, fast and reasonably priced.
