Shortly after the installation of our 22KW Generac generator our transfer switch failed. Our generator was purchased from and authorized Generac dealer, however they did not provide installation services and therefore the unit was installed by our electrician. After calls to several dealers/installers in our area it was evident that they were not interested in our problem since we had not purchased the generator from them. A call to our electrician got us the phone number for CT Electrical Services. A call to them connected me to their answering service. Within minutes, on a Saturday, I received a call back, explained my problem, and had an appointment set up. Bruce arrived for the appointment ahead of schedule. He diagnosed the problem in the transfer switch, returned to his shop for a part and had us back up and running within 2 hours. I have been dealing with Bruce Angeloszek and CT Electrical Services for all of my home's electrical needs including service for my Generac generator, for well over twenty years. Bruce makes sure his people are reliable, well trained and good at what they do, and do not leave until the job is finished. There was one time I could not use CT Electrical because we had a contractor for a big remodeling job, and the contractor brought in his own electrical subcontractor. I called Bruce in later, to fix the problems left by the contractor's sub. Bruce has been servicing our Generac generator since 2020 after our generator failed during a prolonged blackout.
