This gym organization is ridiculous. And Taylor will do nothing but pressure you into signing a contract before you can do anything there. He's on you, pressuring and pressuring until you sign. He's rude and won't let you really get a feel for the place until AFTER you sign. Stay away from this specific Genesis and from ALL Genesis gyms. Save your money and find a different place to workout.

They have always been more than happy to do whatever it takes to ensure that I feel valued as a customer. Most recently I messaged CT through Facebook with a problem that was in no way caused by them. They responded the same day and went out of their way to help me. I also love that they have monthly specials and student rates! The only place I will ever go!
