Hot yoga has been the perfect medium for me to work out and feel comfortable doing so. For me, it's fun but I also get a work out in! The instructors are always so helpful and they are always willing to let you continue to practice even when class is finished. The owner of the studio is the sweetest and they are extremely welcoming! The west studio offers a free class in the morning every Friday and your first two visits to either studio is free! I promise anyone after their first two visits they will want to go again, it's worth the try! They always provide complimentary water and have hand towels for when you sweat in class. At the end of class they give you a nice cold towel infused with essential oils to cool your body. The perfect way to end a class! They also have mats and towels to rent at a cheap price if you don't have your own.

The entire studio space is dedicated to Yoga and supporting your practice. You mostly find this kind of high end facility in big cities, so we are very lucky to have this space available without having to travel away from home. Just because it is high end doesn't mean you will pay high end prices! I have put a great amount of effort into offering a variety of classes for a diverse population with different needs at a very affordable rate.
