I paid over $1,100 for what was supposed to be a deep cleaning and I am beyond disappointed. From the very beginning, I explained in detail what I needed and I was reassured multiple times that the job would be done properly. Instead, what I received was the opposite of professional cleaning. First, the basics were not even handled. Not all of the dishes were washed. Dirty dishes were left sitting on my son's high chair and others were placed unwashed in the drain. That is completely unacceptable for any cleaning service, especially one charging this much money. I had stressed that the kitchen cabinets needed to be cleaned. I was even charged an additional fee for this, but the cabinets were barely touched. Even the hallway walls, which should have been included in a deep cleaning, were left dirty. What makes this situation worse is that I had another cleaner who quoted me $500. I chose this company and paid more than double because I wanted the work done right. I believed I was paying for quality and professionalism but instead I wasted my money and ended up re-cleaning my own house afterward. For over $1,100 the service should have been flawless, thorough, and detailed, yet it fell short in every possible way. This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and frankly feels like I was taken advantage of. I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values their money or their time. I will not be using their services again. read more

This company illegally blocked off an entire city block today between 82nd St between 1st and 2nd Avenue for over an hour and would not let traffic through. Their employees were abrasive and rude as well, refusing to let traffic through, during a pandemic. I have filed a complaint with the NYPD. Do not support their business. Their HUT 22 license (B24410) will likely be revoked. I have also reported their accompanying car, license HXZ179 to the NYPD as well. read more

Had to move my apartment. Which included a couch, tv, marble dining room table, 6 chairs, bed frame, king size mattress. Also around 15-20 boxes. Neal sent over 3 very skillful and helpful men to do the move. They came and wrapped EVERYTHING. We had tried to get our basement cleaned by hiring one of those junk removal companies what have the tiny trucks that do not take that much, have to keep on coming back, and never really seem to remove anything. This time we decided to get a real company that really could do rubbish removal. We call CTK. Their price estimate was very reasonable in comparison with two other companies' estimates. Did you ever have one of those days where you needed take care of something and there was no way to fit it into your day because you were already over-subscribed? I did. Quite unexpectedly I had a cable box outlive it's useful life and I needed a quick turnaround on getting a new one, both for work and leisure. It's not like I have a favorite delivery/messenger service that I can just call. I've never needed to use one! So, I sent out word via Yelp, not expecting to hear back ever...let alone in a few short minutes. But, within minutes I received a callback from Neal who advised that he would be able to accomplish the task. He provided an accurate estimate of his arrival time, and called me shortly before he arrived so that I would know to expect him in a few minutes. He arrived, picked up the item to be delivered and returned with the replacement, all invoices, attachments and directions neatly organized, in less than an hour. I had a complex move from NYC to a house in CT and then from another location in CT back to that house. Neil and his team of two great guys worked hard all day with heavy lifting of furniture and boxes, and carefully and professionally wrapped all the furniture that needed it, some of it antique or fragile.
