Instead, what I received was the opposite of professional cleaning. First, the basics were not even handled. Not all of the dishes were washed. Dirty dishes were left sitting on my son's high chair and others were placed unwashed in the drain. That is completely unacceptable for any cleaning service, especially one charging this much money. I had stressed that the kitchen cabinets needed to be cleaned. I was even charged an additional fee for this, but the cabinets were barely touched. Even the hallway walls, which should have been included in a deep cleaning, were left dirty. What makes this situation worse is that I had another cleaner who quoted me $500. I chose this company and paid more than double because I wanted the work done right. I believed I was paying for quality and professionalism but instead I wasted my money and ended up re-cleaning my own house afterward. For over $1,100 the service should have been flawless, thorough, and detailed, yet it fell short in every possible way. This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and frankly feels like I was taken advantage of. I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values their money or their time.
