IMMEDIATELY. I could not get a single piece of information about the price either. Instant cancel. Never using them ever again. Follow up: was contacted by customer service, and I notified them that a broken A.I. is an unacceptable replacement for actual service. My concern was not at all addressed but rather evaded. Naturally the CSR was still very professional, but implementing a broken system is almost a step down from a phone menu system.
