The gentleman who assisted me was incredibly friendly and helpful, and it was a genuinely enjoyable human encounter in a retail establishment, which sadly isn't always the case these days. They lost a 3rd package and their response was, "What do you want from me? Do you want to look for yourself?" When my wife went back to address the issue with the manger, she starts accusing me of cursing and raising my voice. All I did was ask - not that the employee take responsibility, but that the store takes responsibility. This was received as being ridiculous. While I don't like reading a notice that does not state the truth, our leaving was inevitable. Too many instances of poor management.
