When I received my final travel itinerary in the mail, the flight had changed, and the agent seemed to be unaware of the major changes to my flight details. The changes meant that I would have to pay more money, after I had paid $2100 for the entire trip. She blamed the vendor saying that it was their fault, however, she didn't maintain any contact with them to ensure that my details stayed the same. She apologized, however, she offered no type of resolution. The only thing she told me was that I would have to pay more money out of pocket. I lost my flight fare which was $800. She didn't care. She was not accountable for anything, only shifted the blame to the 'vendor'. she offered me nothing. Don't use her, she doesn't keep in touch with the 'vendors' to ensure that accommodations can be kept. all I got was an apology, and I was still out of $800.
