Visited this location with hopes of getting help from a specialist. I provided the rep all my…read moretravel plans. I followed up a few days later and she was just pulling up the rates. The only thing she quoted me was for that day. The most shocking thing she was "proud to say that the rates were from that day". It takes a lot for a customer to walk into a business. I think with all the tools and technology out there, a business would at least try to keep and service a customer. I must have picked the worst rep. I will never go back to this travel agency.

I threw several curve balls to him, including needing to move the trip up by a month at the last minute, and he handled every challenge with ease. Cory found me a great hotel right across the street from Disney Land and the package came with 5 park tickets for a 4-night stay. It was the perfect amount of time for a first-timer to visit both theme parks. He also set me up with a scooter rental company which made it much easier to navigate the parks. My scooter was waiting at the hotel when I arrived and I just had to get the keys from the hotel desk. He ensured my hotel room was handicap accessible and I had room to bring the scooter inside each night to charge it. I highly recommend using Cory to plan your Disney vacation. It will be much less stressful than having to plan the trip yourself and Cory will check on you throughout the trip to ensure it is going smoothly.
