As its name implies, it has a very definitive western motive and open dining concept. Parking is on the front street, and is ample. The service was very attentive and intuitive. We shared their chicken tacos, see pic. As you can see these tacos were plentiful. There were tons of chicken strips which were mildly seasoned. They kinda hid the ample amount of chicken under the crisp lettuce and diced tomatoes. There were plenty of sauces on the table for personalized seasoning. The soft taco shells held everything together well. We then shared their Chicken Enchiladas. As you can see in my pic, there are 3 enchiladas. The chicken was tender and very mildly seasoned. The tortillas held up well to the queso (cheese) sauce. The queso sauce was very thick. As you can see it was a white cheese and with minimal flavoring. On the far left is a small bowl with salsa, guac, sour cream and cilantro. These all aid with tuning in the flavor of the queso sauce to your tastes. The refried beans and rice were okay.

The wonton soup had crunchy veggies inside the wonton. The Garlic Chicken was full of flavor. The garlic while pronounced wasn't over powering. The diced water chestnuts were crunchy which complimented the moist chicken and was good carrier for the garlic sauce. The carrot slices added some flavor but really added more crunch. The side egg roll (also comes with the lunch special) was super crunchy and mildly flavorful. The brown rice was a great way to enjoy the remaining sauce.
