The service was okay--I'd give it about a 3 out of 5. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time, and the staff was friendly enough. The ribs were juicy and tender but full of tendons so the entire meatloaf was spent spitting chucks of tendons out. The staff do NOT provide a dish:container to place the bones in. The beef brisket sandwich was dry, not seasoned very well, and had minimal smoke flavor from the barbecuing. The roll used for the sandwich was nothing special and it was dry. I have avoided this place for the last 4 years because the food was not good then, but I thought I would give it another try since it was under new owners. I can honestly say I will not be back and you couldn't even pay me to go there.
