It seems to be very secure. I have learned that if you pack your things in cardboard boxes any moisture will cause them to break down. Any boxes stacked will fall. Not a problem in this storage unit. Was seeking storage for a loved one's belongings after they had passed. Extra space has raised the…read morerent of their units more than my landlord has in the past year and a half I've been a customer with them. I even moved to a smaller unit that was cheaper and had only been in there for a couple months before they hit me with another increase. Nothing but people taking advantage of you. I'm still waiting on insurance from the previous unit due to water damage. Claims increases are due to "market value" as if increasing the rent of a 5x5 space should be double. Don't be fooled by the friendly staff, invest somewhere else.
