There was damage to the truck that leaked water and ruined our mattresses and chairs to our dining room. As we were explaining this to Cassie to let her know all she could say was that is not my issue that's a U-Haul issue. That's pretty terrible customer service then as we asked her why were we charge $50 for a cleaning fee? She said she found a shoe in the front metal pole in the back of the cab and a chair that we did not see that we left in there. She didn't bother to call to see if we even wanted it. All she did was hang up on us put the phone on answering service and ignore our concerns. She acts like a little highschooler and should not be in a customer service business. Not sure how old Cassie is, but she's got a lot of growing up left to do.

I found him on the phone in the back of the truck Then they said l had too much stuff for a 10x10, and advised me to pack less in the truck. After the unloading, I took 3 pickup loads to finish the move. So, not only did I hire movers, I still had to move items. They were not equipped to take credit or debit, so I had to go to the bank...then they didn't have a receipt available. SKIP THIS COMPANY! I called Stowbox of Summerdale and they had a box at my house within two days. Their customer service is amazing and their owner could not be friendlier if he tried. I highly recommend them over their competition, hands-down. Also, they were about $100 cheaper than their competition.
