So far, I have nothing but great things to say about Bob and Kristal. I was able to reserve my climate controlled storage building over the phone and there was a lock waiting for me when I arrived. We even forgot to put up one of the bikes and she called me to let me know. As far as I'm concerned, they can't be beat. read more

You never know what somebody is going through so before you decide to be disrespectful maybe you should put yourself in my shoes I was getting my tires fixed next door and I could not afford the second tire that they needed to fix and I'm stuck in Mobile Alabama a city that I'm not from and never planned on stopping but had to stop because someone sold me defective tires and told me they were new and they were 12 years old so when I stepped outside to take a little walk to get a breather somebody from your establishment came out and told me I needed to get off the property I was leaving the property and he still continue to follow me and threaten me with the police I may have said some cuss words and been rude but he is not in my shoes and is not stuck in a city that he's not from without any help. Call the cops?! for what there's nowhere for me to go I do not have a car and know no one in this city...and WAS LEAVING THE PROPERTY so maybe you should ask somebody why they're taking a walk on your property & see what the person says before you judge them and talk s*** to them and then say you will pray for them prayers cannot pay my $844 bill. read more

Otherwise you may (likely) get a nasty-gram saying your account is past due. All of this because the 'auto-pay' option was NOT actually activated even though selected at the time we rented. It really pays to go back over each and every option with the on-site manager to be sure it's what you agreed to. Then, as stated, check it again - twice.

Zero Stars!! Warning do not use the storage company or try to rent any U-Haul trucks from them. There was damage to the truck that leaked water and ruined our mattresses and chairs to our dining room. As we were explaining this to Cassie to let her know all she could say was that is not my issue that's a U-Haul issue. That's pretty terrible customer service then as we asked her why were we charge $50 for a cleaning fee? She said she found a shoe in the front metal pole in the back of the cab and a chair that we did not see that we left in there. She didn't bother to call to see if we even wanted it. All she did was hang up on us put the phone on answering service and ignore our concerns. She acts like a little highschooler and should not be in a customer service business. Not sure how old Cassie is, but she's got a lot of growing up left to do.

I am so glad we chose Extra Space Storage for our needs! Kristal was so helpful, genuinely showed care and was trying to help us get the best price we could for our storage units. She even called and texted to remind me when the deadlines were approaching. Bob, the facility manager, was also great! We had a relatively unique situation and he worked with us to accommodate dropping a moving trailer at the location when all the other storage facilities in the area wouldn't help us. I would absolutely recommend this Extra Space Storage to anyone who is in need of short or long term storage. read more

Loved using the Extra Storage Space facility. It helped me out in my time of need. Onsite restroom are always appreciated, which they have, and I especially loved that they had furniture dollies to significantly reduce the time & effort of needing multiple trips to move my stuff. I also enjoyed how conveniently close to Walmart it was. As for the management team Kristal & Bob at the Daphne facility wre polite, professional, courteous & helpful to my every need. This is a great, very secure storage facility! Everyone in the office is so kind! Even going the extra mile to call me to check on my unit when we had to cut off the lock bc I couldn't remember the combination. We'd left the unit without a lock and Bobby noticed it was missing, called me to check and then placed a loaner lock on our unit until we could get a replacement lock! I always feel completely safe as we come and go! I'm so glad to have such great caring people on staff! I highly recommend! read more

Outstanding Customer Service. Bob went above and beyond to help my company temporarily store freight. He recognized we were in a hurry and volunteered his time to help not only move to a clean storage unit but also helped reload.
