We had reserved a specific truck with the hitch needed to haul a heavy equipment trailer, and on…read morethe day of rental, they said they no longer had the truck, nor did they have any trucks with that particular hitch. So they switched us to a different truck, and we also had to rent a trailer through them. No apologies, no discount, but we were charged more than double the amount that was originally stated. This fiasco also took them almost two hours, as the first trailer they tried to give us had faulty wiring and the taillights would not work. If you are looking for good customer service, reliable products, and need to stick to a budget, do NOT use U-Haul of Jonesboro.
