When I first walked in, I wasn't greeted in anyway what so ever.. one woman was on the phone & the other had a customer in front of her.. Once the customer in front of her walked away, she signaled for me to come forward.. I told her I had made online reservations, she looked me up & couldn't find my reservations. I then logged into the app & handed over the details on there. She said the computer must have malfunctioned.. She pretty much told me I was out of luck & I would have to go down the road. So happy I did..JONESBORO U STORAGE was much more organized, professional & friendly! Definitely just go down the road if you're looking for storage units!
