They have consistently accommodated my unique requests. On the rare occasion that I've had a concern/complaint, they have dealt with it swiftly and effectively. I love that the children at this center are from various races, backgrounds and socioeconomical situations. I think that it is very important for my child to experience diversity (which cannot be found in my neighborhood). They do a great job of keeping me updated on issues that impact my child's development and interaction with others. Each day, I get a report card explaining what he ate, what he enjoyed playing with, any trouble spots he might have found himself in, how he napped and what his diaper schedule was for the day.

The company wanted to send a rooter company prior to pumping the tank. This incurred a $100 service fee For nothing more than removing the lid and seeing the tank was full which had already been done. Contacted flash sanitation in regards to pumping the tank at which time flash sanitation wanted to charge a full charge for pumping said tank. Flash sanitation was unwilling to alter their price given they had sent the router company first. This is nothing more than a ploy to see how much money can be obtained from a customer. I would rather do business with someone that is reputable and understanding than a money hungry one.

Our son is a SMLS graduate! St. Michael's also operates a year-round day care center for infants through preschoolers called Christ for Kids. * There are many other ministries at St. Michael's. The church has "adopted" a tiny isolated village in Northern Canada and sends a ministry team there throughout the year. There is something for everyone at St. Michael's!
