If your child has any allergies or other medical problems IT NEEDS TO BE COMMUNICATED. Also I work set schedules and also shift lead at my job but often I'm getting asked to stay over. With communication I have 0 issues. The help this daycare has giving me is the only reason I'm able to keep my job of 4 years after the murder of my older sons dad. Highly recommend
