When we found ourselves in the unfortunate place of needing a lawyer to help us with our son's special education issues, we were at a loss. An advocate recommended the Cuddy Law Firm. From the get-go, Elizabeth Angelone, and her paralegal Candace, were over-the-top amazing. They were straight-forward, easy to talk to, highly professional and kind to us in probably the most difficult time in our lives. They took over and all the stress of dealing with the school district's attorneys was taken away - they handled everything. My husband and I set back in awe of Elizabeth's performance and handling of our case. Elizabeth's guidance and knowledge of the issues at hand, i.e. due process hearing, appeal to district court, and appeal to the 5th Circuit, were flawless. If you ever find yourself needing a true warrior for special education children, we cannot recommend Elizabeth Angelone, Andrew Cuddy, and the Cuddy Law Firm enough. I was referred to him to represent my son in a DWI case 3 years ago and was extremely disappointed. We finally just ended this fiasco. He advised to delay as long as possible , said the DA would plea bargain and that he knew the Judge inferring that he could use that to his favor. This was smoke and mirrors just to get the $$. First, he has no communication skills. He doesn't have an e mail address or cell phone to reach him. He doesn't have an answering machine to receive calls after hours. He corresponds through the mail only. He never has his office call to remind you of a court date. Even the dentist, dog groomer or any other profession gives a courtesy call. The truth is I never have seen such a PATHETICALLY DREADFUL, INEPT, MEEK REPRESENTATION in all my life!! The man lacks a backbone, lies to protect himself and will throw you under the bus. Spare yourself the frustration and seek ANYONE else!!. He won't bust his a** for you.He is a puppet in that kangaroo court.

When my father got sick and needed to Go into a nursing home full-time we called Greg's office to…read morehelp with the financial side of things. My father had saved his whole life but had not planned for this step. Greg and his staff were great and planning out how to protect some of my dad's assets when they had not been on protected from the state/federal government. While we ended up not needing his true service as my father passed away unfortunately, fairly quickly, the real value came afterwards in splitting up assets between myself and my sibling. It had already been completed by Greg's team and made being executive of the estate extremely easy. I cannot imagine how difficult things would have been without Greg's help.
