I went to Coles one day and saw that they had found my Tim Tams along with many other lost items along every shelf in the store. Needless to say, I took the Tim Tams along with other items that I remembered loosing and walked out. Purchasing online, even purchasing in-store, involves my trust in the standards of their staff with food management. There must be something seriously wrong with the staff or their training that someone thought it was acceptable for unsealed meat to go out in an order, and did that person think a customer would accept that, or did that person just not care or is the store just badly managed, and how did it get delivered that way without anyone else noticing? A refund will not fix my trust in that store, and I shall shop elsewhere in future. Just want to warn others so they don't experience the same from Coles Surfers Paradise.

With half a dozen similar shops virtually next door to each other, I chose this one because of the reference to Souvlaki instead of Kebab (which I have eaten at in the past). What a mistake, I cannot believe they reheated meat that had obviously been cooked prior, and it was not reheated on a hot enough hotplate so it tasted like yesterdays cold cut lamb at home, it was terrible. With so much competition in close proximity, these guys will be out of business if they don't lift their game, but I will certainly never eat there again. It's a shame, you don't want to see small business go belly up, but the food truly was terrible.
