I think he said his name was Matt but he kept breaking up. He answered with a plain "Hello" so I made multiple attempts to confirm the business but after his rude responses (putting it gently) I was turned off, thanked him for his time and said "Disregard". I prefer to support the small guy, hence my call to him, but just because you're a small business owner doesn't mean you're exempt from practicing professionalism. Can't trust spending my $$$'s to someone like that.

The electrician they sent out was nice and friendly, and did a fantastic job of replacing my outlets and splitting our breaker box that had been previously wired with too many outlets on individual breakers, and they even labeled our breakers for convenience.
