We have generally been pleased with the system, although it has not been perfect (dirty water occassionally often gets through and the softness of the water varies frequently). My primary complaint is that shortly after spending all that money, we called for an adjustment (due to the above issues) and had some questions. Brian, our installer, came to the house BUT charged us $150.00 more dollars just to check over our new system. There was no follow-up visit until we called and then we were charged for it.

I noted that they were a plumber that…read morequalified for Yelp's guarantee program, a neat program that I've fortunately never had to use. I did my initial contact outside of business hours. Early the next morning, I had a message from Adam B. Once I got to work, I returned the call and quickly described my issue and what I believed it to be. The first available appointment wasn't until Monday (it wasn't urgent, so I wasn't worried about going the weekend). I got my timeframe. I had a couple other appointments that day, so I ended up taking the day off so I could easily be available. I immediately liked that they told me who would be arriving - AND that was who arrived. I also liked that they use a customer portal that allows you to have some security if you pay online or to review your records. Christian arrived (there was one other person with him). It took him a couple minutes to diagnose the issue he believed it to be, and it took him not a lot longer to determine that diagnosis correct. He quoted the price, I agreed, and he got to work. After finishing the work, he determined the original issue I'd believed it to be wasn't quite needing to be addressed (but will be in the near future). We discussed options, including ways I could save a bit. Christian was personable and explained things in a way I could understand. The issue was likely caused by me, but he managed to avoid using the word "idiot" at any point. The repair was done in a timely manner. The price ended up being a bit lower than quoted. I appreciated his honesty as he very easily could have pointed me toward a repair not needing done yet. It also became obvious the last person I'd used had really only done half the job. Everything has worked beautifully since Christian finished. There are likely a couple more projects I'll tackle in the near future, and I won't hesitate to return to Grateful Plumber. The housecall was $59, but that was credited toward the repair once I decided to have them do the work. Friendly employees. Good follow-through. Fair pricing. Quality work. Problem solved. That's 5-star for me and another winner for Yelp's project feature.

I get a call Tuesday from fortner water they were moving delivery to Saturday because they were under contract with pool places in Terre haute. I have a new liner having at this point and I'm pissed. How do you do that as a business owner. If you can't deliver don't say you can. I will always call water wagon if I need water. Fortner water needs to go out of business if they want to treat people like this.
