Then they tried to charge us installation fees again for a pump that was burned up. They also tried to get us to claim insurance on it. That is a significant deductible and our payments go up. The owner is old and grouchy, and very rude. You can't understand him when he talks. This has been the most stressful company to work with and I do not recommend at all.
