We had a puppy that was literally dropped off by someone we don't know who but it was sick and wouldn't eat so we called this place asking what we should do and they gave us some advice but then acted like we don't take care of our animals and if the woman had of listened correctly she would have heard the fact that it was NOT our puppy and it had just walked up that morning and we called this place as soon as they opened only to get someone who wouldn't help us and the advice she gave wasn't very helpful and definitely was disrespectful. We simply didn't know what to do with this stray puppy that had came from no telling where and it had literally just came up the morning we called this place but instead the woman wanted to say they can't contaminate the other animals and that we needed to take care of our own animals! We have ALWAYS taken care of every animal we have ever had and they have always been taken to the vet and been loved and played with and treated like one of our own family members! We didn't know this puppy and didn't know what to do and I thought it was very rude of her to say we should take care of our own animals and there was nothing she could or would do!! Also had animal control help us with our stray cat situation. They came within the hour to come and snag an emaciated kitty that we were able to capture for them.
