This other employee had grabbed me up, after seeming as if they were doing a ton of work in the back of the store, looking as if they were running a marathon juggling multiple things at a time. They assisted very politely, and gave me all the information I needed, in which I thanked them gratefully. I asked them if that was the manager behind the counter, in which they responded yes! And I asked why she couldn't have helped me-- in which the employee quickly jumped to the manager's defense, saying she was busy, which did not seem like the case at ALL. This simply frustrated me, as I am a manager myself at a local retail store.
