Outside of the store is filled with cute little succulents, plants, & the cutest things to plant them in & on. We love the ladies who work at the store. They are always so nice & helpful. Mom saw wanted this cute tin watering can that was a fountain. She told one of the ladies behind the desk. The lady said it was their last one but she could have it. Within 10 minutes the fountain was boxed up & in the back of my car. I also found an incredible smelling candle which was apricot & chai. So that candle also came home with me. It was a little pricey but sometimes you get to treat yourself haha

Unfortunately, this small business isn't one I would recommend. Most small businesses in a town the…read moresize of Madison, IN are more than willing to accommodate customers and stand behind their products. This isn't one of them. After purchasing several flowers, my mom noticed that two of them were not in good shape. After speaking to Cathy, she was told to bring them in for exchange. She got the two flowers and went to the Clifty Garden Center, when she encountered a male worker who informed her that all she needed to do was pull off the dead flowers. She told him about her conversation with Cathy and he said they would not honor that. They did, however, keep the two flowers my mom brought in, so she paid for two flowers that they kept, for free .. to resell. Just to make sure, I, personally called the place the following morning. I was informed that it was unfortunate she would not purchase from them again, but they would not honor their word about the flower exchange. This is definitely a place to pass on. In small towns, you don't treat customers wrong and expect to bring in business. There are many other places to purchase plants and flowers and I'd highly recommend driving right on by this one!

Our second time ordering from them. Both times have been great! Super value. If one has a truck you can haul yourself to forego the delivery fee.
