Within just a couple of minutes, I received a call from who I assume is the owner. She explained the process there, and that she doesn't "outsource" (my phrasing) out of state orders. She gave me several good tips on choosing a florist on the internet in the recipient's ZIP, which I appreciated. So even though my order wasn't completed, the customer service was excellent. She also assured me that nothing had been charged to my credit card. I prefer ordering online rather than by phone, so I passed up several other local florists for this reason.

I also got a candle. One issue with that is there's not a discretion of what the candles smell like. I took a chance but the name and I did get one that she wanted and come to find out there was glitter in them. And the mixed garden flowers turned out to be a very small clump of planted flowers in an 8-inch basket. I totally overpaid at $212 BUT the worse part was calling the shop back. RUDE, yelling, interruptive and wouldn't even let me talk. 4 times I asked......are you going to let me talk. If you want to offer me a discount to make my own flower arrangement, then I will pick up my own flowers. I understand this is a way for you to make as much money as humanly possible because the client is doing half of the work and your staff is always super busy. And in the small town of Louisville, where people may have not been to other large cities, don't understand this isn't a benefit and not on par with high level of service you receive in a bigger city. No one in their right mind would ask you to go into a freezing cooler go pick out your own flowers and then come back and wait for someone to put it together for you. I literally just keep coming to you because there's no one else over in this area but it's not because I like you. It's just because of convenience, but I'm irritated every single time I come into the establishment. Also, the interior needs updating It's extremely tacky.
