I was returning a pair of jeans that had the same tags that was on it when they sold it to me. It had the original and sale price.They had the exact pair of jeans in store with guess what no scanning code like mine so obviously it was sold to me like that. I asked how would you sale this pair of jeans instore if there was no scanning code. Matt was being so rude saying that's not the problem. The problem is that they are ringing up other items around the same price but not making tags in case of a return. I don't shop at Kohl's much and I was only there to get my daughter clothes for next school year. I won't be back until around this time next year but hopefully he won't be there!
