Ok, this store used to be a go to Burlington, but something has happened in the past few months to really drop it down a few pegs. First off, I love these bargain places liek this. I also am Tall so I need to find a Big and Tall section to find the inseams I need and the tops I need. This store used to be very good in having stock of shirts and pants. Shoes too. Ironically, a 'coat factory' is in its name and the selection of coats was never good. I noticed recently that the stock is very terrible on "Big and Tall". They do refresh and have new stuff for regular sizes. This is awesome if you're an adolescent, a metrosexual that wears small form-fitting clothes (man this is the store for you! Polo brand polos in size S and M for cheap!!!) This store for me was on the way home and I used to like to stop by here, but recently they don't have much news items to offer and their stocking schedule really is not good. What I mean by that is that they do not constantly have new stuff out there to sell during seasons and you can count on the first few days of Fall to find anything they will ever have here and the first few days of summer will have all you will ever see here. Just not good. However, this is men's clothes. Seems like Women's clothes are always replenished and very plentiful and always have new stock. At this rate, I should probably start cross-dressing and then I'd enjoy this place like I used to. Not the best but check it out. I hope they start circulating stock more, especially for Big and Tall. read more

Great store! I had my eye on a coat here for some time and finally picked it up dirt cheap HERE. They have all kinds of brand names like Calvin Klein, Kenneth Cole, Donald Trump (yes he makes clothes now too) and a long list of others. I'm speaking of the Men's stuff of course, the Women's is just as top heavy with designer labels and there are always many more selections for Women than Men. Prices here seem to be around 40-60% off retail and the quality is very high. Think Macy's but everything at a 50% off sale. Coats, shirts, pants, sweaters, jeans and shoes. Plenty of each. This place has really good prices for clothing but it's a little unorganized. It seems like you really have to guess where things are and what sizes they are. It's really hard to find an employee there to ask for help if you need it. And when we did find them and asked them to help us find the maternity clothes, they told us it was in a certain area but when we went looking for it it was very confusing to find. I never did find out where their maternity clothes were. But if you're looking for cute baby clothes and baby items for a decent price this would be the place to go. read more

This Burlington is very nice and has a great selection......the only complaint I have is the long lines that don't move very fast AT ALL! Love their home goods selection and the prices can beat just about anyone's including my other favorite Marshall's!!!! read more

Absolutely Terrible. I was treated like trash by not one, but two, employees. The one woman called me a b*&$% under her breath, the other said 'Uh, look at this white b&*$#'. All because THEY made a mistake. I will NEVER step foot inside another Burlington store, EVER! Especially this one. I work too hard for my money to have these low-class women treat me like that. The store has so many great selections! One of my shopping experiences was when I bought so many new items. Some of which didn't have tags when I brought it up to the cash register. So the cashier Danielle has to get a coworker to find the price for us. While we waited on the prices she was keeping my kids entertained by asking them math problems and how to spell words because she forgot. By the time they found the prices for all my items my kids didn't want to leave. Now when ever we go in my kids always ask if we can wait to have her check us out. Moral of the story, they have fantastic customer service! read more
