I have worked at two different companies that are clients of Culture Index. I have to admit, I was a little skeptical at first of the product, but over the years of being a heavy user of the product, I am a firm believer. Culture Index really focuses on the front-end usage of their tools, and that is in hiring. I think they focus on that SO much that they minimize its backend usefulness and value, and that is in helping to build highly performing teams within your workforce. Mind you, it's an evolutionary usage of the tool, you have to get the hiring piece correct first, but once you move into the secondary usage of it, the magic happens within your organization. Ultimately, I give Culture Index my "wowza" award for what it can do for your organization when your staff is properly trained on it. read more

Unfortunately, the first job was not what I wanted, but they didn't find fault with me and continued to place me on a regular basis for 2-3 days at a time. Steve even emails me in the morning before he gets to the office to let me know he is on the lookout for me. They coordinate well between offices and I just got a call from Angela who is placing me in a position for 2 weeks with the possibility of full-time, permanent placement. I have tried to coordinate with other agencies, but they are unresponsive and take way too much time to contact me when they do reach out to me. Pro Staff recruiters are professional, timely, and good, kind people. I highly recommend this group!
