Not only is he very knowledgeable in his field but he is SO funny , when he did my stretches it hurt BAD but he kept my attention on other things so I didn't pay attention to the pain . He listens to what you are saying . I know when I was having a bad day (as far as pain) and would let him know and he wouldn't push me to do anything that would make it worse ! Some therapists will think you are lying and push you past your comfort level , which Josh has said will end up hurting you more . Helen at the front desk is a peach !!! She handled all the calls to insurance companies and getting my sessions approved . Always had a smile on her face and super friendly. If I ever need occupational therapy again , I will return to see Josh for sure!!

I've came here from a tight lower back and a bad left shoulder, and each time Dr. Curtis was nice, friendly, and professional. What sets him apart from the couple of chiropractors I've been to is that he doesn't pressure me about my next appointment. I know this sounds small, but to me, that's a welcomed difference; I don't feel like he's trying to milk additional sessions with him, and at the end of the day, he tells me to let me know how things go, and if I need to come back, I need to come back. I've been to chiropractors where they make me do exercises, only to see that the exercises that I'm capable of doing, I'm doing well, yet they tell me I need to come back again, and not only that, but for 3 or 4 more sessions. Not a fan man. When I went this time to get my lower back checked out, Dr. Curtis assessed me and explained to me what may have caused the issue, and what to do to prevent it from happening in the future. I called the office at Higgins. The woman I spoke with verified the date was entered incorrectly and told me the bill was wrong. She said my insurance covered everything based on a contact with Athletico and my employment. I told her I did not want to continue receiving services if the cost was $165 per hour session. She assured me it was not and I owed nothing. I preceded with the rest of the recommended sessions. I received a bill for $1200. I called billing department 3x's and waiting on hold for 15-20 min each time. They gave me the run around and said they'd call me back. They never did. I called them back and they said my bill was as stated. Disappointed they were not upfront with this at the beginning. Do not trust them. Check and verify through your insurance before accepting services. Scam.

My doctor , Dr Thomas Shoenhofen sent me to Dr. McCall due to the severeness of the injuries caused by the falls. I made an appointment for the first available time nevertheless, the pain, swelling, numbness , tingling and color changes prompted me to ask to be seen by Dr. McCall as a "Walk-In", which is offered to patients unable to wait for an appointment. I was shocked, when the receptionist demanded I pay $350 in order to be put on Dr. McCall's waiting list, because she claimed my Medicare was suspended. I was not only humiliated and embarrassed by the receptionists ( there were 2 of them)., but also spoken to rudely and with no empathy whatsoever in front of a room full of waiting patients. I had no choice but to pay the money because of all the pain, etc. After paying the $350 on my Visa Nordstrom Credit Card and waiting more than 2 and a half hours, Dr McCall did nothing but look at mt leg and say there was nothing he could do to help.
