It clearly seems to me as though the ownership is trying to save some $$ and screw over their customers by closing the touchless wash whenever they feel convenient, so much for "24/7". At least half the time I drive all the way there there's cones blocking off the entrance. One would think that with all this money we're paying them making they could at least make their shit work. Cancelling my membership now, really unbelievable.

I don't know what their policy is regarding hot food times, but the point is the consistency isn't there. Maybe there was a kitchen issue (again I don't like to assume but it wasn't communicated).
