It clearly seems to me as though the ownership is trying to save some $$ and screw over their customers by closing the touchless wash whenever they feel convenient, so much for "24/7". At least half the time I drive all the way there there's cones blocking off the entrance. One would think that with all this money we're paying them making they could at least make their shit work. Cancelling my membership now, really unbelievable.

I don't know what their policy is regarding hot food times, but the point is the consistency isn't there. Maybe there was a kitchen issue (again I don't like to assume but it wasn't communicated). It's hit or miss, and I noticed lately with the night shift it's more strike out than hits.

The price once the pump was initiated was another 10 cents more expensive than the giant road sign showed. And this is AFTER adding the 10 cents for a credit card vs. cash. Total screw job. Now the gas is 40 cents more per gallon than a place one mile away ... and ... The price is misrepresented from the road sign.
