You can't pay at the car wash entrance, you have to go inside. Once you pay and get a code, you're supposed to plug in the code at the "kiosk" provided at the entrance. The kiosk has seen better days and portions of it are covered with taped pieces of paper with handwritten notes and alternate directions. There's also an automated voice that gives directions but if the car wash is in use you can't hear the voice. Once we navigated all the nonsense and drove into the wash, it appeared that the car wash was working. That wasn't the case. Our car was just as filthy as it was before the wash. I could literally write my name in the dirt. Big waste of money.
