I brought my 2001 convertible in for a complete detailing in early July. The price is pretty high to begin with but when I asked about taking out a small scratch on my door he wanted $199 for 1 small scratch! Then he offered the whole car scratch removal for $299! After a little discussion we came up with a better deal for the whole car including the engine well. When I picked the car up I pointed out that the scratch was still there as well as several others. When I got home I realized he hadn't done the engine well or the tonneau cover either. He offered to clean my headlights if I brought it back. OK, reasonable except when I texted 4 times to set it up he never returned my texts. I even stopped by and spoke with the "manager" who said he would have the detailer call me. One month later and I'm still waiting. Ridiculous. Don't bother, there are other detailers out there.
