They (George and Rami) reassured me they would mount and balance properly. After over an hour and a half, they pulled my car out and stated "all done". I paid CASH and when I asked for a receipt, I was told, 'Not now. Come back tomorrow. I never did get my receipt for paying them $150 (I tipped George $25) I thought 1.5 hours to be reasonable. When I got home I observed the tires had NOT been installed correctly: The direction of rotation was backward. I brought it back to rami and he agreed the job was done incorrectly and they would re-do M&B at no cost to me. I brought the car back the next day or so. I was skeptical they had corrected the problem because the car was pulled out after only 30 minutes. George reassured they were mounted and re balanced correctly. I drove the car, it shimmied and it was immediately apparent the tires weren't balanced. When I called this to Rami's attention, he said they couldn't balance the tires because 'they needed a high-speed balance and we don't do high-speed balance'. ! He told me to go to a tire store or the Acura dealer. WHAT? You told me initially you could mount and Balance tires, took my money, did the job incorrectly, failed to make good on your work and then told me to go elsewhere. I did. It cost me $172 at Acura and Val U refused to reimburse me. Acura determined the tires were totally out of balance.

I think he thought I was far enough away not to see. I yelled over as he was walking back in the office and said excuse me you only gave me $15 and I asked for $20, I gave you a $20. And he said only $15? Acted all confused I said yeah it's $15 on the screen I gave you $20, I would like $20. Acted confused for another min and then came over gave me $5 and walked off all pissy without looking back or saying anything else or responding to my thank you. No apology, nothing but annoyance. As car with just a mom and a little kid maybe he thought I wouldn't say anything or wouldn't notice. Yes, only $5 but extremely sketchy and unethical which I don't support. who knows what other kind of shady stuff they are doing there. Unfortunate after I lifetime of business i will no longer be going and also informing all of my friends and neighbors of the scam as well.
