This gas station is the worst. Half is full service that you still have to pump the gas unless you want to wait an hour for someone to come out. I run errands in the Milford area often, and for one specific reason, I always make sure to get gas every time I'm in Milford. Why? I am extremely supportive (and wanting other towns to join) of the Full Service Law, evident in Milford, Upton and only a very few other towns throughout the Bay State. After my terrible experience at the Mobil across the street, I thought I'd stop at Plaza Shell this time, as I didn't feel like traveling further into the center of Milford, and this gas station had pretty good prices (alright, it's a little more than the Mobil) and accepts Stop&Shop Gas Points. Plus, it's full serve, and you don't get the stink eye, like at the Mobil station across the street. While there is not an official store, like the Mobil, I'd prefer making an extra stop just so I don't need to deal with those clowns. Plus they do have a small store inside with drinks, cigarettes, and even some candy. Friendly employees, and this station is always less busy than the other too! Located on Medway Road / Route 109, right next to McDonald's. Remember your Stop&Shop card! 5 stars for Plaza Shell. read more

Took my truck there once for an oil change and found out later at the next oil change elsewhere that the Shell mechanic had crossthreaded the oil pan plug. Won't be going back there anytime soon . read more

What is not to like. Full Service gas station with fast attentive and professional service. Today I went in for an inspection sticker and was in and out in about 10 minutes. Totally painless and pleasant experience. I also like that when I get gas here the employee who pumps the gas isn't rough with my car. Nothing annoys me more then a full serve station where they whack the car with the nozzle or dribble gas down the side of the car (the one across the street). read more

I have been going to this station for 32 years. Always great service until these last few months with the change in ownership. The employees are slow, sullen and downright rude!! Today I stopped and sat for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come over. They filled the tank, then just walked away. No thanks, no you're all set, no receipt. Just wow.... read more

so i pulled up to the pump and asked the gentlemen working for 20 in gas. he ran my card, said declined. "i said there was 1000% $ so that was weird" he ran it again. again declined. i went inside to do it myself at pos register and it went through just fine. i ho estly thought it was a pump hold and thought nothing of it. 2 days later again i go to get gas near my area, and it declines. impossible, i thought. then i went onto my card transaction page and come to find out. the employee that ran my xard 2x forst ran it for 85.00 second time 50.00. then it was when i went inside myself. well i call the owner/manager (not sure if he was the owner. but said he was i. charge) i told him the situation and how his employee ran my card 2x for 2 different amounts that were alot more than what i requested. he told me "that is impossible." my husband manages a mobil so i know this is doable and on top of it if there was any type of scanning device ect they could do it anyway they want. so he said it was a" bank hold." and i told him that the pump could not differentiate between and choose different amounts to run the card for .(85$ first time and $50 1min later) the man on the 0hone said "well i dont know what u want. i am you gonna help you or fix your account that his company made bounce. he was not going to do anything.....not even apologize! so i will be posting 2 n e place that i can. i will contact police and i will contact the news note to owner: maybe next time you should atleast tell your customers u will atleast look into it. you could have atleast tried to look into the theft happening at your store. i got charged 3 otl fee's because of your employee. i could not as a single mother going through chemo afford more than the $20 i was requesting and your store cost me a lot more. thanks for your non professional response to this issue. i hope it was worth it. all i needed was a acknowledgement at the very least and you just. rushed me off and said it was impossible yet my card shows the transactions that you say are impossible to do! i will be posting a pictures with this read more

My wife and I only recently moved to Milford about 8 or 9 months ago. We have a Shell card so we try to buy gas at this Shell as much as possible. While I don't like Milford's mandatory full-service rule (I prefer to pump my own, as well as to pay self-serve prices), this Shell has reasonable prices and full-serve attendants that are both the fastest and the friendliest of pretty much any gas station in Milford. Definitely a well-run business, although I have not done any repairs here so I don't know how the garage is - I can only judge based on my experience with the gas attendants and they are great. read more

I recently moved from Boston to Milford. I was recommended to go to Plaza Shell by a stranger in a restaurant. I am happy to report that I had excellent service. I went in to get an inspection sticker and waited 15 minutes. The attendant inside while I waited was very friendly and the gas attendant was very attentive as I watched him fuel cars. I also asked the woman inside who was having some exhaust work done if she has ever used them for repairs and she stated she ONLY goes here. She stated he is fair and very reasonable pricing. She stated the work he was doing was 70% less than the quote from her dealer. I will definitely be returning for both gas and any service I need. I'm happy to see that there are friendly and fast gas attendants in Milford. read more
