For example, once I asked her if a milkshake refresher was included in a refresher special, and she had an attitude saying it was while pointing at the ad. When I mentioned the add placement throwing me off, I she roughly said something like "refresher" is written on them before walking away with a scoff. I grabbed a basket and picked up a few, but they rang up as normal priced. When I noticed, I said I think there is a mistake or maybe the ad is just for the non-dairy refreshers. I wasn't sure which, but I thought the mistake was probably us. She got nasty again this time barking something like I couldn't expect her to give it to me for the ad price as if I had just demanded that she change the prices or something. I never said anything like that, but I did ask for a refund because of her attitude. Her vibes were as if I was trying to scam her or something, and she was rude when I said I wanted my receipt. Another example is of when I went in to buy several sleeves of rolls. She said the store didn't have any, but I was watching her make buttered rolls when I entered. When I said that the rolls didn't need to be sleeved and I'll even take whatever she was preparing to put on the counter, she copped an attitude about not having rolls. As if my eyes were playing tricks. She was back to preparing the nonexistent rolls before I even left the store. Those are just two examples, but I think they illustrate her demeanor well. Minus her and I don't have any problems with the store. I haven't had any issues there outside of opening hours, either, or whenever there was a different opener. It's just that's the most convenient time for me to make a Stewart's run, so I just avoid this location because she'll probably be there to start my morning off with bad vibes.

I am rating this particular one 5 stars because a little while ago I locked my keys in my car and the manger let me call AAA to get help. The deli team had to walk underneath the cord of the phone because only employees are allowed in that area for insurance purposes. I totally understand that, but the old fashioned corded phone was now cutting the work area in half since it was stretching to me on the customer side of the deli. It was busy too! So they are making sandwiches and then they have me asking them to hit a number on the phones base so I can move through the prompts! Corporate keeps telling complainers to alert store staff but they're usually so understaffed and busy they don't document the problem. Finally bought a battery powered compressor at Autozone to top-off after running over the bomb craters in Middletown's East Main St. (pretty fake brick crosswalks do nothing for safety Mayor) Top notch frozen shakes though! Too bad they don't offer burgers anymore - used to head there straight from work each morning (3rd shift) because the 'sausage-whatever' sandwiches at Mickey D's, Wendy's and Burger Whoopie are just SO greasy! Today I ordered a sandwich on the app, couldn't pay for it on the app. I went to get it at the deli they wouldn't give it to me until I paid. However the app wasn't working correctly so the checkout girl couldn't ring me up. So something that is supposed to be easy, save time and be convenient it was not!! Surprisingly today their soda machine and hot chocolate machine was out of order too which is surprising, but it was working on getting fixed while I was there waiting for them to figure out what to do with my order.
