Small four pump gas station and mini-mart shop. Positives: - Only gas station at that particular exit - A clean restroom. Beats the stereotypes. No one likes sticky, wet floors or holding their breath while they have to pee. - Not a busy area. No long lines at the pump. - Mini-Mart had all the energy drinks to keep me up. I opted for an ice tea. The hotel was 30 mins away. - the cashier- he new I was struggling/doing the hold my piss dance and pointed me to the restroom. Had a good conversation on the lotto. I often ride my motorcycle to Connecticut, since Rhode Island is so small and the condition of the roads pales in comparison to Connecticut. I've stopped here for drinks and gas either on my way out, or on my way home. They have Mobil gasoline, plus separate diesel and kerosene pumps on the left side of the store. There a decent selection of drinks and snacks, and the store seems pretty clean, well-stocked and well-organized. While there is a customer bathroom, it is actually a porta-potti outdoors, behind the building, so it's like roughing it for people who might be more sensitive to those sort of things (although it beats going in the woods). Be careful pulling out (especially if you're on a motorcycle), since it's at the top of a hill, cars travel pretty fast and you can only see so far out before a car pops over the crest of the hill. One time a few years ago - I will never forget - I was coming back from a motorcycle ride in Connecticut, where I had gotten caught in heavy rain. It was either dusk or dark, but anyway, I went inside to prepay for my gas. There was a customer ahead of me, but the cashier was extremely chatty with this customer, so much so that a puddle of water formed on the floor beneath me while I waited.

Horrible service…read more Stopped to get a quick splash of gas so I could rush my daughter to the hospital for a head laceration. Pump problems. Wouldn't take my card. Wouldn't take any card I had. Kept flashing the dumb Rewards Card input. In the calmest way I could under the circumstance, I went to give my card to the teenager who decided to lecture me about how I needed a mask to enter. In addition, the "child" working there decided she was going to also lecture me on "using my card at the pump instead." Luckily I was able to figure it out quickly and got my daughter to the hospital. Are they scraping the bottom of the barrel for attendants nowadays? Don't bother with this place. Go somewhere else. Crappy pumps. Dumb attendants. Poor location.

The person below complaining about the women overcharging her is definitely wrong because the older woman always gives back even the penny she owes you. Also even when I was a asshole growing up, she never once swore, let alone say anything slanderous to anyone. I have a hard time believe that she or anyone in her family was wishing death on anyone. Either this lady isn't telling the whole story or is making it up just for not getting her way.

It did look like a mini Costco because a lot was in boxes. The restroom was behind the store, in the back, very industrial looking. It worked though, it was an experience.
