My husband and I share two vehicles and both of them need a certain octane level. This is the only gas station without them listed. But when I walk in to a place and stand at the counter and the person behind the counter says yeah to me. That doesn't make me want to go back. What happened to hello can I help you? Her description: She told me her name was Maria, she had big eyes, medium to larger built. The second shot I had for my covid 19 vaccine about 2 weeks later on 02/15/22, I confirmed with the lady whom gave me my shot that day that the area was suppose to be cleaned and I let her know that my last shots that the lady never did it and she did not seem to care nor point me to any manager to complain. I also requested to see my needle come out of package and asked to see the identification on the vaccine that she was going to distribute to me the second visit because of the lack of professionalism from the first visit, she did this but after opening needle in front of me and taking the vaccine out of canister she then told me that she forgot the top of the needle in the back and left for the back room with my already made vaccine. I thought that was odd and unprofessional and sketchy. I then requested she do the whole process again in front of me and she then did. In addition toward the end of my visit she was speaking with another pharmacist and was making very odd comments that weren't needed, and drinking beverages while working with me. Very sketchy pharmacist and the vibe there. I would look into this locations operation 100%.

We have seen the television ads for Cha's and stopped for a much needed break after nearly 5 hours behind the wheel. What surprised me when I walked in was the size of the place. On the north side of the store are all the alcohol coolers, the south hade grocery items, their food service counter and dining area, and restrooms. The cashier counter is nearly in the middle. Had I just ran for a tasty beverage, the rating be higher, but... I used the restroom. Two things right off the bat, there are only two unisex bathrooms. One was occupied so used the unoccupied one closest the south entrance. I don't know when it was last checked or cleaned by the staff, but it was filthy. There is a toilet and nearby a low urinal. There was piss all over the floor by the urinal and it ran on the floor to the front of the toilet. There was toilet paper all over the floor like someone had cleaned up the floor in order to use the toilet. Next while I do appreciate the use of hands free sinks and soap dispenser, you have to keep the soap dispenser loaded with soap. Also the only way to try the hands was blower, paper towels not an option. Second issue with the visit- the food. Their advertising touts their pressure fried chicken. The hot chicken sitting in the food service area looked dehydrated and totally unappealing. I grabbed one of their chicken salad with cranberry wraps and a bottle of the new Sprite+Tea. The we were on our way back to MA. Within 30 minutes of eating that wrap, it came back up and not in a good way. By the time we got home an hour later, I was in some serious discomfort. While they have great TV marketing, the store falls short on delivering as far food quality and bathroom cleanliness. Too bad.
