I drove across state lines to buy a vehicle from this dealer after discussing its condition over the phone with the salesman. The salesman assured me that the vehicle was clean and in great condition. As soon as I opened the door, a strong, overpowering cigarette smell hit me. The interior was filled with stale cigarette smoke, and it was clear that they had tried to cover it up with some overpowering fragrance. Just smelled like a nasty hotel room or casino that had beens smoked in. The salesman didn't seem to care much at all about the gravity of the situation and basically said 'Oh, my bad'. Considering the distance traveled and the information provided, this should have been disclosed over the phone, or even better, included in the listing description. I strongly advise anyone who is not local and can't inspect the vehicle before traveling to avoid this dealership. I will NOT be returning for my next purchase. read more

While traveling cross country this June, I had a damaged tire that needed to be replaced. Being totally unfamiliar with the area, I found the Ford dealership to help me out. Service Advisor James Bergman confirmed my thoughts that the tire should be replaced. However they did not have any in the size I needed. James referred me to a local tire shop that would have it. It was a short day driving but I was tired. I saw the Ford dealership and decided I was too tired and decided to have my oil changed. I stopped, call service and though it was 3:30 said come on in, we'll fit you in. The dealership was awesome! So clean and welcoming for a weary traveler. Imagine my surprise when my bill amounted to less than $60 for the service to my 2020 Ford Transit 250. Seriously, my last dealership was in Walnut Creek CA and paid close to $150 for the same service. The staff was inviting, personable and knowledgeable. Still tired, I asked the parts staff for a recommendation for an RV park. They recommended the one around the corner. What a fabulous recommendation. Review is next up. Had my truck towed to Cummins Ford in Weatherford 3 1/2 weeks ago due to a transmission failure. They said the transmission needed to be taken apart to see why it failed. Terrible communication from them and an attitude of not caring. I was told 3 different times I could just come get my truck, when all I wanted to know is when it would get into the shop. It never moved the entire time it was there. Yesterday I rented a truck and trailer and went and picked up my truck from them and took it to another dealership. They had my truck in the shop and diagnosed before I even loaded up to leave. It wasn't a transmission failure, a rat had apparently chewed up some wires preventing the truck from going into gear. This morning, they already have my truck repaired. So, I could have been down for a day vs 3 1/2 weeks if they had actually taken the time to check my truck. I will never attempt to do business with Cummins Ford again! read more

I came here to buy a new Lincoln Navigator(leftover from previous model year). I came from New Mexico to make this purchase as they seemed to be willing to give me the best deal on a new one that did not have issues(like repaired hail damage, or 5,000 miles on it as a demo car). Before I traveled to Oklahoma City we finalized an out the door price plus tax and they agreed to drive me from an airport hotel out to their dealership(close to an hour) for free. When I signed the papers they did have $110 in add-ons. One was a $10 fee to run my credit and the other $100 was for "Processing Fees". When I brought it up they claimed the Processing fees covered local taxes/government imposed fees. I wish that they would of brought that up prior, however it would not of been a deal breaker either way. Otherwise it was a very pleasant experience. I am only withholding the fifth star because the $110 in fees was not disclosed prior to my arrival. read more
