We paid the 25$ , left with tire put it on the car , it was very low on air , so 20 minutes later I drive it back there up to an open empty bay door, asked them to add air to the low tire, the old gray haired (Shop Grandpa Flunky) said hey you can't park there, I explained they hadn't put enuff air in my tire, The old man said "No Free Air Here , There's a Loves Truckstop 4 miles up the road ! WoW really you take our money and you can't even Fully inflate our tire to a safe traveling level !" Loves Truck stop ( exit 101 i40 east bound Hinton Oklahoma) fixed our tire issue at No Charge ,After hearing we spent our last 25$ paying Quick lane for mounting the tire. So why did I change my 5 stars to 2 stars? After a pleasant call and working out a deal on the phone, I loaded up my trailer to pick up my purchase. Well, the deal changed by $149 and exceeded my limit. Kermit denied what he said on the phone. It wasn't really the money as much as the disrespect. I guess it makes a difference when the owner is not on site. In fairness he sent a text offering to accept a check for the original amount if I would come back. I already spent 3 hours on this, so I countered I would have a check ready if he delivered. No answer..... I'll include my original review from my previous visits below. Awesome Yanmar dealer. Carries Husqvarna too. Just used the service department. Just as awesome as Sales and Parts. Sad how things change.
