I also asked whether airflow-related issues had been ruled out (such as the cooling fan or airflow across the condenser), given that the symptoms were worse at idle. Again, no clear or detailed answer was given. I specifically requested confirmation that the cooling system was vacuum filled and properly pressure tested after the prior repair. While I was told verbally that it was done, there was no documentation provided to verify it. A major concern throughout this process has been communication. When I sent detailed follow-up questions by email, they were not answered. Instead, I would receive a message that the vehicle was ready for pickup, without any of my questions being addressed. I also contacted the owner directly, as he has suggested in responses to other reviews, and did not receive any response. The only documentation provided after each visit was basic invoices listing parts replaced, with no meaningful technician notes, diagnostic detail, or recorded test data. For a vehicle with repeated and interconnected issues, this lack of transparency is a serious concern. She said she can change the papers wording if I liked. What would that change other than a few wirds. Didn't call to say anything till she told me had to replace multiple vacuum lines. Then told me it was $329 now. What they didn't know is I sprayed all my vacuum lines with flex seal last Friday. They replaced 2 hoses that were barely 9 inches long. I will be putting them in blast and taking them to court for the additional charge for diagnosis.

Ouch. I was told I've been driving on a wing and a prayer. Many prayers since I heard the first "pop" a year and a half ago. The reason for all of this is I'm planning on going out of town so I wanted my car ready. Needless to say I was shocked to find out it wasn't my exhaust. I don't know what it would have cost me if I left town. I also don't know the value of the wheel bearing, but for me it was priceless ($603) Dale, the owner was amazing. They don't warranty parts they don't supply, of course, but at least put the mileage on the receipt for the event of a defect you can file a claim with the manufacturer. They are rude and could care less. Don't trust these guys with your needs!
