Here we go again !!!! If you cannot handle doing delivery, please STOP and hire someone who has the knowledge to do it right. Once again, I had the displeasure of sitting home all day waiting for NO DELIVERY to show up. Why would I expect that Curaleaf could handle a simple delivery? Once again, I give them too much credit. Curaleaf Bordentown is a joke when it comes to delivery. I ordered Saturday evening for a Sunday delivery. Called and spoke with Marlon at 11:30 am and Marlon assured me that my order was "literally" being put together for delivery as we speak. I should not have trusted Marlon. At 6:30 pm I called and spoke with the night manager who advised me she could not do anything about my order not being delivered since no delivery people were around. THAT IS NOT AN ANSWER THAT A MANAGER SHOULD PROVIDE. I called this morning at 8:13 am and spoke with Don, another Manager. Don advised that he would call back around 11 am after talking with the people in delivery. It's now 12:35 pm and still no response. Why am I not shocked ?? I've been a patient for 10 years. Curaleaf used to be very high end before it went legal. I came in 10 minutes before closing 11/4 and the staff was absolutely snarling at me because they wanted to go home and RUSHING me out. I was asking for information about a gummy from my cashier and the older lady working next to my non-verbal curly haired cashier looked at her watch and exclaimed "just give him anything" and the curly haired girl ran to do her bidding. Store is nice inside but I absolutely do not recommend shopping here. Post purchase customer service is horrible. Actually could not get any worse. Called to ask a question about a pen that did not appear to be working and the agent was extremely rude within the first 60 seconds of the call. Absolutely did not listen at all and just talked over me. Could not or would not connect me to the store or get someone on the line who was knowledgable about the products. I was not being rude back. My son has a medical marijuana card for his anxiety due to autism and the gummies and tinctures are very therapeutic. I like that they are a medical only facility but I know adult use is legal in many dispensaries now in New Jersey. I took off one star since they mostly prefer online orders or use their iPads to order products. I wish they had the walk up to the counter to order verbally option since I am sometimes technically challenged. I am happy to say that if I do change my mind I can add or subtract an item at the counter. I would like to see more specials regarding the edibles and they run out of those pretty quickly. Otherwise, it is more convenient to go to Bordentown than it is to Bellmawr due to my location. read more

I've never even actually shopped here. But I never will now. And I'll tell you why. I had just moved to the area with my wife about 7 months ago to be closer to some family. I had been to a different dispensary since coming here, but found there was a Curaleaf nearby in Bordentown as well. Well I'll give it a go. Every dispensary I've ever visited in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and I've visited a lot of different dispensaries over the past few years, have offered new customers some type of a "new customer" discount for their initial visit. Not this place. Nothing at all. I found this out because I called and spoke to someone yesterday about a special I had been following for a couple of weeks for 5 - .500 mg cartridges for $125. But there hasn't ever been anything on the website as far as available product for the special. Like in 2 weeks. Nothing. So I asked them when I called about the special. And she confirmed that they no longer have any of the product for the special in stock. Ok, well then why is the special still up then? You can always reinstate it if you get more of that product in stock. Neither here nor there though. That's when I asked about the availability of new customer specials. She informed me that it's for medical patients only. Not sure I understand the logic in that considering it's legal recreationally in New Jersey now. For the record when I bought in Pennsylvania, I did used to have a medical marijuana card. But does weed cost more as a medical patient? Do you get charged a premium? Is medical weed more potent? The answer is no. It's the same weed you buy recreationally. So why the need for a distinction between medical and recreational patrons? Not saying don't give medical patients a special line at the store, or a special place to park, etc. And stop with the specials you no longer have. It's virtual clickbait to get people in the store under false pretenses in hopes they won't pay attention and spend money still. Bottom line, go someplace else for your weed. There are plenty of dispensaries that value new customers, that run specials that they actually have in stock, and occasionally work to retain your business. They might say, "Well we're busy enough, we don't need to do all that for business." And maybe that's true right now. But that won't always be the case. There will be a point when you need new customers and can't get them. And the potential new customers you've pushed elsewhere will remember. read more

Curaleaf salesperson sold me a 510 battery and a watermelon OG vape cartridge and didn't say anything but to screw the battery into the cartridge and then inhale. They didn't tell me that as a first time user I should have the battery on the blue light setting (lowest voltage) so I used it at the green which was what showed after I charged it on the computer. I took the assembled cartridge and battery and inhaled and immediately the oil burst into flames and smoke filled the room and went into my face eyes and lungs and I felt a burning sensation. I had a psychotic episode and was hallucinating for hours. I may have irreparably damaged my lungs because of not getting information. I brought the battery and cartridge back and asked if they were defective. Told them what happened. They replaced both parts. I asked how they knew these weren't defective and they said they didn't know. These people are not competent to sell products you take into your body and that affect your health.
