This place has a nice selection of products at reasonable prices and great customer service

Manager was extremely rude. Initially stated they had my online order in stock. I went to add two add'l items and everything was rang up the same price. She then stated that they did not have the items I wanted and she proceeded to refund the other items. I stated to her that the refund she gave back was incorrect and she told me, "well, how much do you think you're supposed to get back?" At this point, I told her I wanted my full refund and the information for her manager and/ or owner. She complied. I remained polite got my refund (so I thought) and left. Once I get to the car, I realize she shorted me $10 after telling her I wanted my full refund. I came back into the store, fuming...black man comes to the desk, I begin telling him about the experience and asked if he was the mgr and he said no. So I told him the issue and he went to her. She is slamming things and talking loud behind the customer doors. So as she got loud with me, I got loud with her until I got my FULL refund. If there's a curly black haired white woman working behind that counter, go to curaleaf across the street. They might be more welcoming and polite. Bc this lady was awful and she cannot count. I'm never coming back to evolve due to this and I actually liked this place and their sticker program. I have their merch!!!! I'm really upset about this. She needs to be removed immediately! This dispensary in Bordontown almost directly across from Curaleaf Bordontown is bringing it. They have a really good selection of flower, vapes, concentrates, EVERYTHING. This place is so underrated and if you don't know about it, I hope for your sake your are reading this. They have discounts frequently. They just had 30% off Memorial Day weekend. They are low -key, super chill, and easy going and definitely knowledgeable. Manager there named Christian is such a genuinely nice guy. They have a recycling program. Awesome point system. This place is good for bait and switch be aware!! I placed an online order at 7 AM. I chose the 830 to 9 AM timeslot to pick up my order. When I arrived at nine, the associate took my name and immediately told me they sold out of my product but had another option for double the price in stock. I said, but it's a totally different product & she said that's why we try to notify people. They had two hours to notify me. But instead chose to allow me to plan my morning commute with a wasted trip to Evolve in BORDENTOWN. Do better, Evolve!! read more

I shopped here several times and had mostly positive experiences. However, I recently purchased a cart there that was clearly defective and did not work at all. When I returned to try to see if it was a problem with my battery or seek an exchange, the manager refused to even look at it. He provided no workaround or make any attempt to resolve the situation. They claimed they had a 2 day return policy but that is not posted anywhere nor was it something they advertised at the time of purchase. Defects happen but just taking your customer's money and refusing to do anything about it is deplorable. Go to another dispensary and avoid the headache. read more
