I placed an order online but never heard anything else after the confirmation text. I got there right after they opened today to pick up the order I assumed was ready. While I was sitting there, they cancelled my order to tell me they have a new policy that says orders have to be picked up on the same day. The text says they'll let me know when my order is ready, but that never happened. So they waited until I arrived the next day to cancel my order, but had already sold everything I ordered. This was the first dispensary I'd ever been in. They took the time to explain what each item was and how to use them. They run out of popular strains quickly some weeks but overall I think they have a nice variety. I do wish they had links on their website descriptions that include strain reviews and expectations (ie good for depression or pain, heavy euphoria or usually giggles). Same with when I asked what strain certain products are. I have a rare medical condition that I need to use MMJ to treat. I need specific strains and need to know how to use them. I use to only go this to Curaleaf as they respected human rights and did not discriminate against people with disabilities. However, my most recent visit was extremely unpleasant. The associate with died hair denied me my medicine as I cannot wear a mask due to having PTSD. Instead of her treating me with respect and asking if I had a medical condition, she demanded I put a mask on and said she couldn't give me my medicine unless I put it on. I then proceeded to put a mask on that I use to reduce the chances of me having a flashback but she said that was not good enough. Don't ever go here If you have any kind of self respect. read more

I really enjoy the employees here & how customer friendly they are. Curaleaf is the ONLY dispensary you can call and actually talk to the employees at the dispensary. The other dispensaries either have a call center or you have to talk to someone online through chat. I like being able to call & place an online order with the people who I'll be seeing when I arrive to get my order. The employees are so nice. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who took my online order yesterday. He was so nice & patient with me on the phone. Employees have told me their delivery policy of 24-48 hours a few times while I was at the store because they know I live 45 - 60 minutes away. That is good customer service!! read more

What a poorly run business. I had an opportunity to stop in and wanted to try their products. I was asked to complete a form as a first time patient and then told to wait. There were 2 other people waiting and three couples being served. After 20 mins some of the people being served completed their sales and left and another couple came in to the waiting area. The new couple were called in and then the other 2 people in the waiting room were called in. Meanwhile another person came in and had a seat in the waiting room. He was then called back. By then 30 minutes had passed and I had still not been waited on. I went to the desk and asked that my card be returned as I had been ignored while waiting. I was then told I was a new patient and would be taken last ....?????? Way to ensure good customer service. So....... have no idea how good or poor their products are..... but given my experience I must assume they are as bad as their customer service. read more

If I could give ZERO stars for their phone staff, I would. Don't EVER try to phone order from this company. The customer service is HORRIBLE and even if you order online for delivery it takes two days for them to get product to your home. I placed an online order on Monday morning, hours before they even opened. I got a text acknowledgment saying my order would be delivered on Tuesday and that I'd get further communication about scheduling the time. Later in the day I get another text saying it won't be delivered until Wednesday. I called Customer Service to speak to someone about it because I work on Wednesdays and delivery would be impossible. I was on hold for 15 minutes to get to an "order specialist". Their hold music is loud and very annoying jazz. When someone finally answered, it was a girl named Amanda. She seemed very disinterested in even helping me. She wasn't asking me for any info to pull up my order. Not my name or anything. When I said "don't you need something so you can look it up?" she disconnected me. That **** doesn't need her job, apparently. I called back and was on hold again for over 15 minutes until 7 pm came and nobody had answered. I held on a bit longer to see if someone would actually care that there were still calls in queue to be finished before closing. Nope. At 7:10 I finally gave up. I don't ever want to call this company again and will probably never visit the store. It's too bad, because I had ordered from them one time before (to test them out and get the new-patient discount). I gave them a glowing review on their Facebook page because of the delivery personnel. But if I can't get service, there are other dispensaries all around me. I'm extra-pissed because if I knew I wasn't going to be able to get delivery tomorrow I could have gone to Trulieve before they closed. They're about 2 miles from me. A brand new Surterra is opening up even closer than that. So, I can easily spend my money elsewhere. PATIENTS shouldn't be treated like this.
