Horrible experience all around... Slow service and technology. I waited 20 minutes just for my purchase to go through. Then got home to realize they DOUBLE charged me for the product I just bought! Their manager Jeriann told me they would resolve the issue. Next thing you know three weeks go by and no progress is made, almost like she just forgot. I went inside to settle things and the manager on site didn't even have a clue who I was, He wasn't bothering to help me get my money back or give me the product that I was double charged for. I disputed the transaction and finally got my money. I will never come here again and I highly advise everyone else to shop somewhere different! read more

Complete waste of time from the second I got there. So first of all, if you're rec, you can't walk in through the front anymore. You have to walk through a side door, down a few hallways, to get right back to the front where you would have been walking through the front doors. Apparently it's now a "medical" door. As if they couldn't let me in (or out for that matter) of that door when literally NO ONE was there. "We assume that medical are more immunocompromised" So apparently F rec patients. God forbid someone who's not a medical patient be immunocompromised!!! THEN I get told I have loyalty cash I can use (no idea what that was, and apparently no one there can even explain it correctly). I asked questions and get told $20 is worth 1 point. But when I ask how many points would have equated to the cash I had, I was told that it's a percentage of money and not points. But I was literally just told $20 is a point. What an effing joke. AND THEN after going back and forth about the most confusing loyalty program I've ever heard of, I try to pay. Just to find out that I can't pay, because my credit card doesn't have a PIN number. Oh, apparently they also don't accept credit cards!! You would think that maybe they would mention that somewhere on their website. Nope! I've been shopping there since mid 2018 and don't get in there often but each time I go I get some sort of hassle from security thinking I'm rec and trying to park in medical. I mean, thanks for thinking I don't look like I have one foot in the grave and another on a banana peel, but I know medical parks in front so I park there. Today security had me move my car from the unmarked employee parking space to one that was labeled for curbside pickup. I didn't park there as I was going inside to shop and not doing curbside pickup. I usually buy RSO and tend to go to to a much further away dispensary when I do go to the dispensary as Curaleaf always seems to have slim pickings on RSO. Asked about RSO today and was told they don't get much in. So I guess I'll continue to have to go to elsewhere for that. At this point I only shop there when I see a really good sale like today and am mentally prepared for security to treat me like I'm rec and trying to jump the line even when there's barely anyone shopping there. read more

Not a fan of this place at all! They have the most limited stock on flower ever! The staff is not over friendly, they act like they are doing you a favor. Getting in and out for rec is just silly going in a front door or coming out of it will not give you Covid! It's never that busy but you have to walk miles of hallway only to end up at the front door, I was waiting for medical card I'm handicapped and when I was leaving they tried to tell me I had to go back all the way around. i am on a walker and just rolled right past him out the front door. Note: If there isn't anyone standing in line to the window and there aren't any cars in the lot, no one should have to stand in the hallway to be called to the window.
