Quality is horrible you would be better off driving 3 hours to Michigan cause this premium flower is horrible

Bought flower that was extremely dry, rock-hard, and stale. I contacted Verilife and was told they don't offer returns or exchanges unless the product is short or moldy, even though this was clearly a quality issue. Disappointing experience and poor quality control for a medical/recreational dispensary. I recommend checking package dates before purchasing here. read more

Overall experience was pretty good and the long line went really fast. They didn't have what I ordered and brought me something else they recommended so I got it anyway so my trip wasn't a waste. I got 250mg disposable vape bio Jesus live resin and it was extremely disappointing which is why I'm not giving 5 stars. The vape barely works after a day of light use and did not give me the desired effect at all. My wife who barely smokes even said it was a waste of money as she also didn't get much from it either. Worst service I've ever had at a dispensary. To start off, the guy working the door was one of the rudest and most unfriendly people I've ever met in my life. I don't know why he would ever be chosen to be the face of a business or the first person people see when coming in. We almost left without going in just because of how rude he was. When we finally got in the door, even with pre-orders or ordering ahead before getting in line so they could "have your order ready", it took 45 minutes to get through the line. No one working behind the counter had any sense of urgency. Then, when we finally got to the front, after ordering before even getting in line, our order was incorrect so we had to wait even longer. If the service had been better or the employee at the front hadn't been so rude, our experience would have at least been moderately better. When you are running behind or understaffed, the demeanor of your staff is the only thing to boost a customers experience. Hence my 1 star rating. read more

I followed Kristy's advice, leaving from Belvidere. On a Saturday, arrived at 8:50 (they open at 9am) and it was nice parking right next door. There were about 50 people in line at the time. Very efficient and pretty quick. Much better selection than up north. Out by 9:45 am. I agree that the drive is a bit long, but the selection up north and in suburbs is terrible. read more

As a regular customer I noticed a couple times how the male employees are being treated there seems to be tension when I'm waiting in line. One time I heard a manager barate a male employee over a miscommunication thats not an example of leadership. I hope there's no male discrimination at Varilife. read more

The staff are very friendly, although wait time seem excessive. Verilife as a company seems to have a hard time managing lines and keeping things moving. Not sure why they are so much slower than other dispensaries, cant imagine them staying in business once they have competition. Extremely difficult and frustrating trying to find decent weed here. I have wasted over $500 bucks purchasing garbage. It didn't even get me high, i flushed it down the toilet. I have been visiting this location ever since I first got my medical marijuana i.d. .
