I use Curaleaf exclusively, on College Rd. The employees are simply the best I would highlight on David and Ari. I use a walker still Ari walks me to my car helps me get my walker in. She even took a bag of Popeyes garbage out and took it into the garbage for me. I wish I knew all of their names. They are all great. They have a great points plan. I've never once had anyone speak rudely to me. I'm 71 years old and they have the upmost respect all of them. I wish I knew everyone's name, but they know mine when I walk in the door because I go every Wednesday and I look forward to chatting with them if they're not busy. Purchased an ounce of ground flower online. The product was advertised on Curaleaf's site to be 24% THC. Unfortunately I did not check the product before I left the store. When I arrived home (30+ miles round trip) much to my surprise the THC level on the product I received was 14%. Yes, that's correct a 10% variance (yes batches vary but 10% is ridiculous). I did not think much of it , stuff happens. Figured I would call and work something out. When I contacted the store I was told that the percentage (of THC) was only for minis, not ground. Incorrect, I told the gentleman to check the sight, he said he did and I was wrong. So I guess now I'm a liar? I even took pictures of the advertised 24% shake to make sure. I asked if I could return the items for "anything" in the store at regular price but was refused. Now I have wasted almost half my prescription on pure garbage. Just so you know ANY other dispensary in the area would have returned the product under the same circumstances (Trulieve, AYR, Grow Healthy, etc.) In short, buyer beware. Very disappointed in the customer service I received today. After being a loyal customer for over two years I asked to exchange a vape cart that they sold me after telling me in person the pen and cartridge were black. As soon as I got in the car in their parking lot I opened the package to see that it was not in-fact black as I was told. I went back inside to ask them to exchange it for one that was and they refused. Even if the weren't able to resell the vape cart because I opened the packaging I think a simple $25 credit to my account for it would have been more than fair after giving me false information. Disappointing that a company I've been a customer at for two years would allow that over something as insignificant as $25. read more

The pick up process is the worst ever and it gets worst every visit just keeps getting worse. They received my order this morning and the text said I would receive another text with instructions.
